I just got off the phone with my internet service provider. I spent 2 hours on the phone because I am being charged for an account that I never opened in the first place...And my ISP has been billing me for it for over 3 months now. I did not find this out from my ISP (after all, why would they inform me that they're not recieving payment for an account that I supposedly have with them), I found out from my BANK!!! I guess, in effect, i've been billed for 2 seperate accounts with my ISP this who...
